Roundtable #11: Connecting the Dots Between Speed, Experience and Business Channel Performance
Much ado has been made about the dotted line between online speed and business performance. PureRomance took a mobile-focused approach and implemented responsive web design to improve site performance and user experience. But as a result, the performance of their mobile channel, which comprised more than half of their user traffic, became impossibly slow and hurt business execution. We will discuss how context-aware optimizations for visitor location, device and network connectivity have shown measurable results including a 50 percent improvement in mobile site speed and other related online KPIs.
