Smart retailers have been moving away from affiliate programs that don’t support their brand and/or fail to generate incremental revenue. At this roundtable, we will review best practices for a next-generation affiliate program including network selection, success metrics, program management options, terms and conditions, commission levels, and types of affiliates. We will also review questions such as:

• What new strategies can be implemented to optimize your affiliate base?
• How can you build a successful affiliate program without relying on coupon sites?
