The increasing demands on the digital or e-commerce team, continue to grow exponentially as expectations of both high growth ecommerce performance AND advancing omnichannel capabilities permeate most retailers’ core strategy. Organization structure, process and strategic metrics are rapidly evolving, but often misaligned to the business strategy causing challenges throughout the organization. And the shortage of qualified talent only adds to the challenges for incumbent teams.
