Andrew co-founded Fluid in 1999 and has been leading the agency ever since. As President and Chief Experience Officer, his role is to deeply understand the digital consumer and how they want to interact with brands and products across devices. Andrew's been at the forefront of defining the modern ecommerce flasgship store blending content, shopping and social, and a pioneer in customizable products. His current focus is defining how digital shopping extends beyond the desktop to in-store, connected tv, and other emerging opportunities for consumer engagement. He holds a degree in Environmental Design from University of California at Berkeley.
