Eric Gohs is the Director of Digital Marketing and Loyalty for Express, a leading omnichannel specialty apparel and accessories retailer. Since joining the company in 2011, he has been responsible for setting the strategy and execution for reaching a 20-30 year old customer at the right time with the right message across all digital channels. In addition, members of his team are the driving force behind the award-winning Express NEXT loyalty program. Prior to Express, Eric held a variety of digital marketing roles at family lifestyle retailer Lands’ End, an e-commerce pioneer, and cut his teeth in the digital world with roles at B2B IT retailing giant, CDW. In his 13 years in the e-commerce field, Eric has had the fortune to have been part of teams responsible for more than $13 billion in online sales.
