Jennifer has been managing various CRM initiatives at Disney Parks for the past decade. She currently drives CRM strategies to maximize vacation sales to Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California. Jennifer leads initiatives to drive customization of all communications based on known and inferred data creating a seamless experience across channels. Previously, Jennifer drove qualified lead database growth as well as managed relationship building initiatives. Prior to joining Disney, Jennifer managed consumer direct acquisition and loyalty programs in the credit card industry. Throughout her career, Jennifer has focused on driving continuous improvements through a direct test and learn approach as well as customer research studies.
