Sid is a business leader and experience strategist with 15 years of successful track record in user-centered design and focus on retail. Last few of the 8 years at Razorfish, have been focused on large enterprise redesigns involving Omni-channel Strategy, new models of merchandising, commerce optimization, and Store activation. Sid has led business transformation projects for clients such as Target, JC Penney, Samsung, HSN, Express, US Foods and AT&T. He holds a master’s degree in new media and technology from Parsons School of Design, New York.
Sid is passionate about driving customer centric philosophy in tandem with acute focus on business performance which has resulted for positive year-over-year growth for our retail & commerce clients as well as cultivated an integrated sensibility within our internal teams.
